Jim's passion is to ensure his clients have proper representation throughout their real estate transaction to minimize risk and capitalize in the broad opportunities that exist in today's real estate market. He takes care of his clients by providing end-to-end transaction service, explaining each step in the process, and coordinating with all other professionals involved to produce a smooth and enjoyable transaction.

Jim began his career with Exit Real Estate Consultants after 25 years as an IT consultant designing large-scale computer system for fortune 50 corporations and government. As an IT consultant, Jim successfully worked with clients to translate their business needs into software designs. These skills help Jim translate his client's real estate needs into a successful purchase or sale.

Jim has an MBA from the Rensselear Polytechnic Institute.

When not working, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Luz and daughter, traveling, golfing, and riding his Harley-Davidson.
